Long Term Care Team Lead
Christie Gardens, a Leading Edge Senior’s residential community in Toronto, has a unique opportunity for a Registered staff member to lead their Team and participate actively in a major organizational transition. As a leader, you bring your years of experience in both the LTC and Retirement home sectors where you demonstrated your commitment to and engagement in resident-centred care.
You will work collaboratively with your team as you share your gift of hospitality and your passion for quality nursing care. Reporting to the VP of Operations, your vital role will ensure excellence in clinical care, liaising with the residents, their families and the full interdisciplinary team in an approachable and accountable manner.
You must be an RN or RPN in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario, have a minimum of 5 years of directly related experience, be a skilled communicator and a pragmatic leader.

Geriatric Physician
Christie Gardens is looking for a Geriatric Physician to join our highly respected Health Care Team.
As a Professional leader, you will assume the practice of an existing group of Residents from our retiring Physician and will enjoy the opportunity for growth within our facility. You will provide Primary medical care within an allied health care team approach.
Serving the needs of our Independent living seniors from our Wellness Centre, you will be supported by our Administrative group and will work collaboratively with all members of our Wellness team. Your experience will be valued as a contributing member of our Professional Advisory Committee.
