Our community offers a true continuum of care, providing additional services and supports as health needs change. However, we do not admit new members of the community directly to Assisted Living, where we provide support for everyday living, nor to our Courtyard Community, which offers 24-hour care.

To join our community, you must be independent in your activities of daily life, requiring no assistance with personal care. Once you are a member of the community, you can feel confident that additional support will be available as needed.

We have 217 rental suites and 84 life lease suites. Rental suites are between 383 and 557 square feet for a one-bedroom, and 597 to 764 square feet for a two-bedroom. Life Lease units are available in a few configurations and are between 798 and 1,298 square feet.

Our estimated waiting time for rental and life lease suites is typically 2 to 3 years.

Once you complete our Interest Form, we will contact you and invite you to one of our information sessions, which are held throughout the year.

Applications are provided at our information sessions. Successful applicants are added to the waiting list. The application process confirms that Christie Gardens is suitable for you, and vice-versa!

Rents depend on the size of the suite and occupancy requirements. For a one-bedroom, they range from $4,500 to $5,700 per month, and for a 2-bedroom, they range from $5,400 to $7,000 per month. An additional occupant adds $850 per month.

Life Lease values depend on square footage and suite features. Purchase prices typically start at $800,000. In addition to the life lease purchase price, there is an occupancy fee ranging from $2,950 to $3,400. An additional occupant adds $850 per month.

Occupancy fees include Bell Fibe TV and Internet, 15 meals per month, fitness classes, and community programming.

Flexible meal plans are available. For example, three meals daily for the whole month costs an additional $1,160 per month.
