Today, dining at Christie is a socially inviting, nutritionally satisfying experience that residents enjoy and are proud to share with their family and friends. After months of research, testing, tasting, cooking and writing, Christie Gardens is pleased to announce the upcoming publication of a beautiful new cookbook scheduled for release this Fall. This book features contributions from our residents, staff and of course from our very own Executive Chef Joseph Stephens and his culinary team.
